1995 Land Rover Defender NAS 90

This 1995 Land Rover Defender 90 is a North American-Specification example that was sent to ClassicSUV for a full nut and bolt restoration. The truck was disassembled, fitted with a Kahn Design body kit, and refinished in matte black, and its cabin was reupholstered in black diamond-stitched Nappa leather. The 3.9-liter V8 was disassembled and overhauled, the frame was sand-blasted, primed, and provided with an anti-rust coating, and the wiring was overhauled along with the suspension and braking systems. Build details include LED exterior lighting, a roof rack, Kahn-branded 20″ Chelsea Truck Company wheels, mud flaps, a StarTech steering wheel, a rearview camera, and an aftermarket audio system with a Pioneer infotainment head unit. Detailed photos of the restoration can be found in the image gallery.
This modified D90 NAS had an engine fire in September 2013 and the Carfax report shows the damage, and it indicates that a Salvage-branded title was issued in California in December 2013. It was then shipped and rebuilt in Northern Europe and returned to the US late last year, and it is now offered on dealer consignment with a clear and unbranded New Jersey title.
