For sale is a 2004 Toyota Tacoma. This is the last year of the first gen Tacoma that everyone has grown to love so much! This truck has 253xxx miles and is ready to be a daily driver. The 3.4 v6 is very healthy and the manual transmission shifts smooth as it should and the clutch feels very strong. The last timing belt was done at ~185k miles and although I don’t know how old the lower ball joints are, they are oem and have no play. All brakes are in good shape, cv axles are as well with good boots all around, and both diffs/tcase have been serviced in the last month.

This truck currently sits on a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks all around with ome coils and a stock leaf pack. The Nitto Ridge Grappler tires are like new with a date code from the later half of 2023. The ARB bumper is in great shape as well. The bed has been lined with line-x but it does have one corner where it has started to peel. The interior of the truck is quite clean and complete. Everything works as it should. The truck also comes with an ultra-gauge to better monitor whatever engine sensors you might desire to have additional gauges for. This is a TRD off-road model so it has a rear locking differential. 4wd and the locker both engage instantly and work as they should. Lastly, there is not a single soft spot in this frame, these trucks are notorious for frame rot. I’ve owned a ton of these first gen tacomas and this one is a good one.

All this said, unfortunately this truck does carry a rebuilt title. I bought it from the gentleman who was in a traffic incident in Seattle area and he ended up rear ending someone. From what I can tell, the truck basically ended up with a free ARB bumper out of the deal. The only other knocks I could give the car are that the e brake is inop (extremely common), the rear bumper and tailgate have a few small dents as photographed, and the drivers seat does have a few small blemishes.
