This 1963 Chevrolet C10 Custom is the result of a no-expense-spared, ground-up restoration that blends classic C10 design with carefully executed modern engineering. Built to a standard rarely seen, this truck has earned multiple Best of Show awards along with recognition from Goodguys and the National Street Rod Association, and it has been featured at SEMA 2018 as well as on the covers of C10 Builders Guide, National Street Rod Association Magazine, and Custom Trucks magazine in Japan.

Power comes from a dyno-tuned, all-aluminum 5.3-liter LS-based V8 fitted with a Texas Speed camshaft. The engine is fully dressed with Holley components including the intake, exhaust manifolds, valve covers, valley cover, fuel rails, and throttle body, and it's cooled by a Mishimoto radiator with an electric fan. Power is delivered through a 4L65E automatic transmission to a narrowed posi-traction rear differential, allowing for an aggressive wheel and tire package while maintaining proper drivability.

The truck rides on a one-off, custom-built air-ride chassis that has been powder-coated in metallic silver and Mystic Teal. This bespoke chassis not only modernizes the driving dynamics, but also enabled a full conversion to right-hand drive using a Flaming River rack-and-pinion steering system and column. Suspension geometry includes custom front control arms and sealed front hubs. Rolling stock consists of color-matched Raceline billet wheels - 22x12 in the rear and 22x9 up front - wrapped in Pirelli tires for a clean, proportional stance.

Finished in a striking Platinum Dune Pearl and Mystic Teal two-tone, the body showcases hundreds of hours of subtle yet extensive metalwork. Modifications include a shaved bed, firewall, antenna, wipers, and front turn signals, along with widened rear wheel tubs and bead-rolled inner bed panels. The bed floor is a standout feature, finished in color-matched paint and clear coat with hand-cut wood planks and stainless strips. An assisted-opening center bed section provides access to the fuel cell while revealing the detailed chassis and undercarriage, finished in matching teal bed liner.

Inside, the Mocha-colored interior preserves a classic feel while incorporating modern comfort and technology. The reshaped bench seat and custom door panels are upholstered in Relicate leather, complemented by Classic Instruments gauges and custom kick panels housing JL Audio speakers. A hidden Bluetooth receiver and JL amplifier handle audio duties cleanly without disrupting the vintage appearance. The modified dash integrates controls for the power roll-up rear glass, which was custom-cut and slightly larger than the factory big-back glass for this body style.

Final exterior details include a chrome-plated, one-year-only OEM grille and a 1970 C10 rear bumper, tying together different eras of Chevrolet truck design. To preserve the finish and countless details, the entire exterior has been professionally ceramic-coated.

This 1963 C10 isn't just a showpiece - it's a fully realized custom build where engineering, craftsmanship, and restraint come together, making it as impressive underneath and behind the wheel as it is on the show floor.
