This 1979 SuperBronco features our second-generation SuperBronco suspension, representing the latest evolution of our proven chassis and steering design. As with all of our builds, the axles were completely stripped and rebuilt from the ground up to ensure strength, reliability, and modern driving characteristics.

Axles, Differentials & Chassis Foundation

Both axles are equipped with 3.73 gearing, Eaton Truetrac differentials front and rear, and PowerStop Z36 brakes, including drilled and slotted rotors, carbon-ceramic pads, and all new calipers and hardware.

The rear differential has been fully rebuilt using:

New Motorcraft hubs, bearings, and seals
New backing plates with functional emergency brakes
New axle shafts

Suspension & Steering Architecture

Up front, the suspension and steering system incorporate a number of high-strength, purpose-built components designed to dramatically improve handling and durability:

Rolling Stock & Stance

Steering is handled by a Red Head premium steering box, providing precise, confident feel at the wheel. Paired with our custom high-mount track bar bracket and Synergy track bar with high-mount differential bushing, the result is correct steering geometry with minimal stress on the frame — delivering the handling and road manners of a modern truck.
