The seller bought this truck around 5 years ago and did the restoration to an already very solid truck. It had sat in a barn in Tennessee for over 25 years prior to that! It has a clean and clear Tennessee title for the new owner.
Under the hood is a 302 CID V8 with power steering and power front disc brakes. That engine is backed by the bulletproof 4-speed manual with granny gear. Front and rear matched 4.56 gears means this 4x4 will go anywhere, if you even want to get it dirty! The inside of the bed has a spray in bedliner, making it look great and usable, as a truck should be.
The interior sees the door jambs, insides of the doors and dash all painted the same bright red as the exterior with black door panels, headliner, visors, dash pad, and bench seat. The interior needs nothing but a new driver behind the factory Ford steering wheel. A JVC AM/FM/CD player has been installed along with a shifter knob that will have your passengers laughing. The sliding rear glass window and vent windows provide plenty of breeze in this sweet classic 4x4.
37” all-terrain tires adorn Pro Comp 8-hole alloy wheels for that classic 4x4 look that can't be beat! The original VIN tag in the door shows this is a 117” wheelbase, or a short bed, from the factory! This is no hack job. The frame is untouched, as shown in pictures. Again, this is NOT a long bed conversion, it is a true short bed from the factory! This truck is ready to show, hit cruises, or enjoy on nice days around town, or put it to work on your farm. It can handle anything you want to throw at it!
