  •  Complete Body off Frame Restoration
  •  Body was taken to bare metal all rust issues fixed, headlight boxes and front inner wings have been replaced with brand new high quality steel Land Rover specification versions
  •  All repairs have been made on the proper original Land Rover welding jigs
  •  The old seam sealer was removed from the body seams and resealed using a 3M body sealer
  •  The high impact areas under the wheel wells, front inner wings, headlight boxes, entire underside of the chassis, rear inner wings and spare tire well have been coated with the 3M anti-chip undercoating to completely seal the body
  •  The body was fully repainted to the factory color matched Trocadero Red base coat clear coat
  •  The upper window frames have all been refinished and painted to the factory satin black
  •  The entire frame, Front and Rear differential housings, radius arms, anti-rollbars, anti-roll bar links, strut towers and associated all suspension components have been cleaned to the bare metal and recoated with a marine grade epoxy mastic coating to completely seal the metal components from corrosion.
  •  The Body and the Frame have been completely Wax Oyle injected as per the original factory specification. This further protects the body and chassis from the inside out from any corrosion.
  •  C-Pillars have been refurbished
  •  Sound deadening insulation has been installed
  •  All Exterior panels have been realigned and refitted with New clips, fixings and fiber washers to prevent electrolytic corrosion with the Aluminum panels.
  •  The Dampers have been replaced by Heavy Duty Kingsley variant with a remote reservoir for a ride and handling characteristics.
  •  All body mounts, suspension bushings, ball joints, end links have been replaced with new original Land Rover specification components
  •  Steering box has been upgraded to a brand new Heavy Duty Defender style box for a smooth steering and drivability characteristics.
  •  The Front and Rear differential ring and pinion have all been completely rebuilt by Ashcroft with new seals, bearings, bearing races, etc.
  •  The Front and Rear Differential have been changed from the factory Open Differential Design to a New Detroit TruTrac versions, HD axles, HD Drive plates and seals
  •  Exhaust has been upgraded to a stainless steel version in the original configuration
  •  The brakes were up graded to the HD Kingsley 6 piston front brakes and Kingsley HD Rears. This was to solve the very weak original brakes and upgrade for safety reasons and ease of drivability
  •  New glow plugs for the preheating system have been installed
  •  Brand new Radiator and Intercooler installed
  •  Fuel tank and fuel system was all rebuilt, cleaned
  •  Engine and Gearbox were steam cleaned
  •  All new brake lines, stainless steel braided caliper whip lines, fuel lines, filters, hoses, belts
  •  New upgraded door seals
  •  New Original front wind screen seal from Land Rover
  •  The electrical wiring harnesses have all been reworked to better than new factory condition
  •  New Headliner installed
  •  New radio head unit and speakers installed to factory specification
  •  The AC system has been all reworked and everything functions as originally designed
  •  Range Rover has been fitted with 4 New tires
  •  4 Brand New Kingsley RoStyle wheels powder coated and finished to the original factory finish
  •  The batteries have been replaced with two brand new battery
