This 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 4x4 was sold new from Evergreen Chevrolet of Everett, WA in January of 2004 and remained with its first owner until August of 2025 when we purchased by us with 69,248 miles. The options include: Z71 Off Road pkg-tinted rear glass, specially tuned springs, 17-inch off road tires, locking rear diff, skid plates, high capacity air cleaner, tow pkg, power fold had mirrors, Onstar, and steering wheel controls. Sun and Sound pkg-XM sat radio, Reclining bucket seats, rear audio control, BOSE sound pkg, 6-disk CD changer, and power tilt/sliding glass sunroof. Driver convenience png-automatic climate control, Homelink garage door opener, and Power adjustable pedals. Other single options include: 10-way power seats with heating, leather interior, stainless side steps, roof rails, delete exterior cladding, 3.73 rear axle, 7000lb GVW rating, and cruise control. The original MSRP was $42,160. In September of 2025 the truck had an oil change, new pass side front CV axle, brake fluid flush, new wiper blades, new keys and remotes, and a full detailing was performed. The truck spent the last year up at the owner's summer home in Friday Harbor and was not used much. Today the truck has only 69,634 miles and is in great condition both inside and out. This Avalanche wears its original black paint which is in excellent condition showing only minor chips here and there from age. The interior is very nice looking almost as fresh as new. Everything is in good working condition, the AC and heat work well as does all seat operations, windows, locks, sunroof, lamps, signals, wipers, horn, etc. The tires have very good tread and brakes are in great shape. There are 2 keys, 2 remotes, owner's manuals, Weather Tech floor liners, rear rubber bed mat, and the original window sticker. The truck has a clean CarFax report and clear WA title.
