The interior bespeaks a vehicle ready to work. With rubber floor mats for the front and rear, durable and comfortable cloth seats in graphite/ charcoal gray , and nine cup holders for the front and rear seats, load up the hydration homies and roll on out to the next job (or fishing spot - your call). The rear fold down seats can be folded up for additional interior storage, and sport safety anchors for child seats. A storage cubby is situated between the two front seats, doubling as an arm rest. Two separate sunglasses holders are built in overhead, between the interior dome lights. And, the height of technology in 2015 - the AM/FM radio, CD player, Bluetooth, and USB capacity can be controlled with your voice or with the buttons built into the steering wheel.
No fiddling with the seats to crawl into the back seat either - rear doors open to allow easy access to every seat from all sides.
We love the long bed with anchors built into the side to support extra straps and the two storage compartments that are built into the side. A bed like this is an invitation to strap in a couple of coolers and fold down the tailgate. The rear receiver hitch is a functional and convenient addition.
The exterior is 3R3 Barcelona Red Metallic, and is in good condition overall. There are some minor nicks and scratches from normal wear, but no major flaws. The chassis is in good shape overall, too. This vehicle is simply well-maintained and cared for truck, and as an SR-trim, there's very few things to go wrong in the future. Without the heavy dilution of technology, this generation of Taco is a polished iteration of its forebears.
