cleanThe 4.8L V8 runs incredibly smooth and the transmission shifts perfectly. One of the main reasons we bought this specific truck was because the engine stamping number falls outside of the range that were affected by bore scoring failures. That was a non-negotiable for us, and it should be for you too. A lot of recent service work has been done to the car, listed below:
- Front & rear brake pads & rotors
- All belts & pulleys
- Spark plugs
- Air suspension accumulator
- Front control arms
- Engine mounts (big job)
- Upgraded JXB driveshaft center support solution
This Cayenne stands out from other GTS models due to the fact it has the optional SportPlus wheels and very rare factory black housing Bi-Xenon headlights. The Basalt Black paint looks great and shines nicely with a few minor imperfections consistent with the age & mileage. The car has had some paintwork to refinish a few scuffs and scratches over the years. These were done via insurance so they are documented on the Carfax; photos are available showing cosmetic scratches and absolutely no damage ever.
The Havanna beige interior looks great paired with the Basalt Black exterior. The leather, alcantara and touch points present well with a very minor amount of wear. The car is equipped with PCM navigation and Bose Surround Sound Audio. AC blows cold, all lights & windows work with the exception of the instrument cluster LCD display; a replacement screen is included with the sale along with the original window sticker and books / manuals.
